The whole exprerience was quick & suprisingly easy (compared to other estate agents who we found distracted and at times disinterested) Our dealings were with Joe, a v helpful and friendly chap, who gave 100% to delivering the best service to us. His communication between both us & the sellers was amazing. Recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy.

GoogleBeresford Adam’s in Chester were excellent during our very first house move! In particular Katrina who showed us around the house before we even made an offer! She was amazing throughout, answering all our questions and always at the end of the phone when we needed her. She was also there when we collected the keys with a little care package which was a nice little surprise! Thank you so much. 😊

GoogleFrom the start of the process to let our property, all the staff dealing with it kept us fully informed as the process progressed. Despite the Christmas break and the bad weather every effort was made to vet potential tenants and arrange viewings. The positive end result is the placement of a tenant in the property and I cannot fault the excellent service we have received.
