GoogleFrom the moment I entered the shop the staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. I had to sell my parents bungalow following the death of my Father and they were understanding and supportive. Throughout the sale process they were with excellent communication and information . Can't fault them. Highly recommended. Thank you.

GoogleRecently moved to Chester with the help of Beresford Adams. There was a fair few in the chain and the process came with its problems as it usually does. Beresford Adams however we're absolutely brilliant, they made sure they did as much as they could to keep me in the loop with the various ongoings. As I was not currently in Chester, this was really helpful and even gave me a welcome box when I finally got the keys. Really nice pleasant company to work with. Thanks again.

GoogleAfter deciding to sale our home, we were most impressed with Beresford from our initial meeting. They offered a realistic price for our property and handled all viewings, which was imperative for us with a newborn. Our house sold very quickly and we were very happy with the communication moving forward. The team went above and beyond on occasion & were a pleasure to deal with over email, telephone and when popping in. They made the whole process very stress free from a sales perspective. Thank you!

GoogleBeresford Adam’s in Chester were excellent during our very first house move! In particular Katrina who showed us around the house before we even made an offer! She was amazing throughout, answering all our questions and always at the end of the phone when we needed her. She was also there when we collected the keys with a little care package which was a nice little surprise! Thank you so much. 😊

GoogleMade an appointment to view an empty property and the agent would meet us there. Over a few days I had two text messages (from a short code address that did not accept replies) confirming - including one at 07:34 on a Saturday. A further text message on the day asking me to confirm by phone, so I did. On arrival at the property five mins before the appointment, nobody there. Knocked on the door, nothing. Waited for fifteen minutes, nothing. Phoned the office several times, nothing but a message effectively saying "we're too busy to answer" and not accepting messages. Gave up and left. On contacting them later rather than an apology they suggested I'd gone to the wrong property. I can't even process this. Absolutely clueless and completely unacceptable. If you are selling a property you might want to think of other estate agents in the area. By the way, I WAS at the correct property!

GoogleThe staff a Beresford Adams,Chester branch where excellent particularly Melissa Aygun and Katrina Halliday from first meeting at property to be sold and all follow up details from viewings to correspondence nothing was too much trouble for them to deal with,I would recommend this estate agent branch to anybody looking to sell or buy in the future thanks for all your help.

GoogleWe have contacted Countrywide and have been offered £100. This is considered sufficient compensation for a complete lack of service and refusal to market our land which is near Porthmadog. Disappointing service to say the least. Breach of contract which Beresford Adams seem to take so lightly as to make a mockery of the sales process. AVOID.
