It is our first time renting so we were very new to it all but the team made sure we were comfortable and helped to guide us through it. GoogleVery poor service got an approval for rent 2 weeks ago and until now didn't get the keys. All of that because they did know how to work and need to wait for the gas certificate. They told me you will move next Monday and the Monday comes and nothing happens then they say next Friday the same thing didn't moved and the the same story Monday then Friday then Monday and until today nothing happened. I'm living in a hotel and it cost me 4 month of rent because they don't know there job and now there answer is "we only can say the we are SORRY". I lost a lot of money because the poor experience and bad service. Next time when you want to rent any property prepare the certificate paperwork and documents then advertise for the property.

GoogleFrom the start of the process to let our property, all the staff dealing with it kept us fully informed as the process progressed. Despite the Christmas break and the bad weather every effort was made to vet potential tenants and arrange viewings. The positive end result is the placement of a tenant in the property and I cannot fault the excellent service we have received.
