GoogleI have just moved into a lovely rented flat in Rhos On Sea. I was very pleased with the service I received from Jamie at Beresford Adams. It was a protracted process but this was down to the landlord making their mind up. Jamie kept me up-to-date with what was going on without me having to chase. He was always frank and honest, and there was a successful outcome. So, all good in the end.

GoogleDespite repeated efforts to enquire about a property during an extremely stressful and difficult time due to being kicked out of our home at short notice, Beresford Adams assured me they would be in touch. I advised I was working away but left my partners contact details. Nobody contacted him and when we got in touch to enquire further the property was no longer available. Although I asked several times what had happened I was never given an explanation, just that they tried to call me, which they didn't. I advised them I'd called a total of nine times regarding the property as we were desperate to which I was met with a lack of empathy or concern for their error. Another estate agent that shows a lack of concern for people's wellbeing, as long as they can line their own pockets.

GoogleNightmare agents. Constantly chased to get repairs done and too many staff not updating info. Dealing with local branches and countrywide wasn't easy as they didn't communicate and it was a case of left not knowing what right was doing . Took over a month to receive our deposit back too. Our complaint fell on deaf ears. Wouldn't want to deal with them again

GoogleWe have used Beresford Adams Colwyn Bay branch for 2 1/2 years as our letting agents. Unfortunately we would not recommend their service. It fell short of our expectations on numerous occasions and the communication was very poor. We have used another letting agent out of area for the same length of time and therefore have a point of comparison.

GoogleI can't fault Chris. From the outset Chris went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition from a flexible to a more secure fixed-rate mortgage. As well as paying off an equity loan, the new mortgage will save money and provide much needed peace of mind during the present economic climate. Chris was very sympathetic towards my current situation and was able to secure a new mortgage that suits my needs perfectly. There is no doubt that I will consult Chris again when my mortgage needs reviewing.
