GoogleThis is for Ffion Williams at the Colwyn Bay branch. Whilst the letting was not completed. This was not due to Ffions commitment, she was interactive throughout, answered all questions. She kept in regular contact without any pressure, she spoke to you like a friend but always remained utterly professional. I would have no qualms to recommend her or her other team members.

GoogleI had a property to let, and on a whim walked into the Bangor office of Beresford Adams to see if they could help me. They couldn't have been more helpful, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. I was sat down, talked through the process and given clear information about the various levels of support and service they could offer. Best of all, they were significantly more competitive price wise than the other companies I'd tried beforehand. Within two hours (!) they'd not only visited the property, but also found a perfect tenant, who moved in a week and a half later. All in all, an excellent service which I'd recommend to anyone looking to let a property.

As a buyer ready to go its almost criminal how many agents just say "no you can't view a house for another week cause we have no-one to show it" Is that not what vendors are paying a fortune for.? If you are using beresford adams to sell in Blacon... sorry... I can't even get to see your house, never mind buy it!

GoogleDespite repeated efforts to enquire about a property during an extremely stressful and difficult time due to being kicked out of our home at short notice, Beresford Adams assured me they would be in touch. I advised I was working away but left my partners contact details. Nobody contacted him and when we got in touch to enquire further the property was no longer available. Although I asked several times what had happened I was never given an explanation, just that they tried to call me, which they didn't. I advised them I'd called a total of nine times regarding the property as we were desperate to which I was met with a lack of empathy or concern for their error. Another estate agent that shows a lack of concern for people's wellbeing, as long as they can line their own pockets.
