GoogleBeresford Adams Llandudno rented out our property within a few days of advertising. The team gave us very helpful advice and support on this journey from home to rental. They have been very efficient to get the tenant moved in swiftly and have negotiated details on our behalf. I’ve heard lots of horror stories about letting agents in this area but we are very satisfied with Beresford Adams and would recommend.

GoogleA very good and quick service from start to finish. From viewing the house to moving in took only a couple of weeks and only the leaving tennant and my schedule slowed that down. My agent Lisa was always reachable and quick to respond with information. Overall excellent from all the team in Prestatyn branch.

Once they have been contacted, they take full control, organizing everything so you don't have to worry about a single thing. A totally stress free experience.
