GoogleA massive 5 stars to Ffion at Beresford Adams Llandudno, was amazing help from the viewing of our new property right up until we moved in, nothing was ever to much for her and was always willing to help on even the smallest of things. GoogleAbsolutely superb from start to finish..... I popped in on the off chance they would have something and BAM! they did.... I can't wait to get moved into my new flat! Ffion is, well I don't have the words.... super, amazing, brilliant and more besides. GoogleI thought buying a home was suppose to be exciting but it's far from that with Beresford Adams. I called up to arrange a viewing and they were more bothered about setting a up an appointment with the mortgage advisor first before arranging a viewing of the property. Apparently with Beresford Adams you need to see their mortgage advisor before submitting an offer. Apparently this is your procedure. I declined and sent over my DIP and proof of deposit instead. 24 hours later, missed call hoping it was information regarding my offer so I called back and it was the mortgage advisor trying to get hold of me. I work with estate agents on a daily basis and aware that the staff need to optimise every opportunity to schedule appointments with the branch Mortgage Advisor but the staff are obsessed! I wonder if my offer has even been forwarded to the vendor or are you waiting for someone else to come along who agrees to see your mortgage advisor so you meet your targets? Various friends and family have bought property before and its never been like this. Proof of deposit and DIP is all that is needed. I hope things improve in the next two days otherwise I will be withdrawing my offer and look elsewhere.
Dear Felicity Hollowell, As part of our obligations we do need to ensure that we financially qualify all offers to ensure our clients do not accept an offer from someone who then cannot proceed further down the line. We do not insist that you take out any products or services with our in house mortgage consultant. As you are aware the offer was put to the vendor within 24 hours of receipt and I am pleased our branch have been able to speak with you to alleviate these concerns

GoogleI've recently worked with the lettings team at Beresford Adams Prestatyn in order to let my rental property. It has been a very positive experience. All of the staff have proved to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They have a very good understanding the lettings market in the local area and are prompt and clear in all of their communications. Sam, Lisa and Georgina have always been available to help when needed. The process has smooth and hassle free. I would highly recommend to anyone in search of a letting agency to work with.

GoogleWe were very happy with the service provided by Beresford Adams at Porthmadog when purchasing a house near Criccieth. We were allowed to view the house a number of times at short notice and they were always obliging and efficient. They provided guidance for an appropriate offer and during the conveyancing process Steven promptly followed up any queries with the vendors and their solicitors. It was reassuring to have Steven's support for what became a protracted process in the latter stages not helped by our conveyancing solicitors inefficiency. We highly recommend Beresford Adams and Steven Smith in particular.

It was quite daunting as we were first time buyers but Nicola was so lovely, she knew exactly what we wanted and would recommend other properties she thought we would like .
