GoogleMy family and I viewed a house in street we were interested in. I had an offer accepted. Which was great. Until two days later I was told I was gazumped! Not much of an explanation. The house had been on the market for months. Which I believe was a conflict of interest with one investor of the property. Anyway.. I was mainly a cash buyer, but also in the process of buying some land so acquired a mortgage offer to ensure that this purchase was straightforward. They tried to push for their own mortgage people, which I wasn't really interested in. Which I this think was the defining factor! Suddenly a house that noone was interested in... is in a bidding war. Shame on you Beresford Adams.

GoogleSam and her team at Beresford Adams managed two of our rental properties. As a team they are very professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. New clients are thoroughly vetted so there is no need to worry about your property being abused. Beresford Adams provide an excellent fully managed service meaning we don't need to worry about our properties as everything is always taken care of. Highly Recommended, we would never use anyone else for our rentals.
