GoogleCan’t recommend beresford Adams Prestatyn enough there staff were absolutely brilliant! From start to finish with a very fast turn around made to feel comfortable I had the privilege of dealing with leeanne who has been nothing but a pleasure to talk to and Sam both great at there jobs as again I would highly recommend this office to anyone landlords or new tenants

GooglePrestatyn beresford office was very helpful. Mostly dealt with leeanne who i think went above and beyond and helped with some difficulties that are quite unique to myself but did an amazing job

GoogleGreat experience selling my home with beresford Adams! The staff were so professional and communicative at all stages of the process. Excellent photographer and advertising of my home which helped with a quick sale! The only criticism I have is I wish I did not use the solicitors they recommended! Other than that brilliant!

GoogleCeris has been a great help, the first flat we went for fell threw and instead of a goodbye it was instead a warm welcome to a better flat at an amazing price we are so glad we had ceris on the case, we never had to worry as ceris was always on top of it. GoogleSecond time on the market with Beresford Adams. Removed first time (years ago) due to lack of promoting, views and feedback. Enlli was fantastic from day one, understanding, empathetic and reassuring that previous problems would not happen due to an entirely new team. That's where the good news stops. Out of roughly 15 viewings over about 10 weeks, BA did around 4, we did all the rest. One member of staff did not and would not give clear and accurate feedback, allowed us to provide a unique offer to a first time buyer, who had already viewed and fed back that they were not interested in the property. The feedback provided from further viewings by this individual staff member became so untrustworthy that we had to insist with the manager that they were no longer to deal with our sale. Months after we accepted our offer we heard very little from BA other than 1 phone call which was a mistakenly made to me (their words). The publicity side of marketing is a little out dated. They cannot post on social media, restricted to house selling websites only. The conveyancing service which is promoted via BA isn't worth it, I strongly suggest finding the smallest conveyancer who are dedicated to your sale or purchase to get the process completed quickly and efficiently.

GoogleI can't praise Beresford Adams enough. All sales throw up challenges but I can honestly say that none of were with Beresford Adams as Estate Agent. With the multitude of external challenges you can face, such as a buyer dropping out or a surveyor not turning up, I always felt like the staff at Beresford Adams in Wrexham were always on my side; genuinely. With so much at stake and not always being able to be strong, the staff were great in going the extra mile and giving a fresh perspective and an action plan. At each stage, they were on top of things in terms of finding out where the blockages were and encouraging all parties to move through the required stages. My Dad, years ago, had good things to say about Beresford Adams in Wrexham and the current generation running the office can be proud that the good name still stands.
