GoogleTerrible service had to chase everything myself prior to moving into a property. To have a 1 year tenancy agreement agreed for it only to be a 6 month agreement. They don't answer the phone or return any calls. Awful customer service. Avoid go somewhere else instead.

GoogleThis was our third time using Beresford Adams in Caernarfon and I couldn’t be happier. Rhian was on top of our sale at all times and she was always easy to reach, whenever we needed advice or reassurance. The buyer for our house was found quickly and we had plenty of viewings early on. Every agent who came to our house was kind, respectful of our home and professional in every way. The whole team was fantastic and knowledgeable! The whole sale and buying process went quickly and with no hiccups! We couldn’t be happier. We also used the solicitors from Beresford Adam’s group, they are reasonably priced and very efficient, and to be honest the no sale no fee gave us peace of mind after our previous unsuccessful sale that left us paying thousands to an independent solicitor who failed us… Overall, fantastic service, recommend!

GoogleSecond time on the market with Beresford Adams. Removed first time (years ago) due to lack of promoting, views and feedback. Enlli was fantastic from day one, understanding, empathetic and reassuring that previous problems would not happen due to an entirely new team. That's where the good news stops. Out of roughly 15 viewings over about 10 weeks, BA did around 4, we did all the rest. One member of staff did not and would not give clear and accurate feedback, allowed us to provide a unique offer to a first time buyer, who had already viewed and fed back that they were not interested in the property. The feedback provided from further viewings by this individual staff member became so untrustworthy that we had to insist with the manager that they were no longer to deal with our sale. Months after we accepted our offer we heard very little from BA other than 1 phone call which was a mistakenly made to me (their words). The publicity side of marketing is a little out dated. They cannot post on social media, restricted to house selling websites only. The conveyancing service which is promoted via BA isn't worth it, I strongly suggest finding the smallest conveyancer who are dedicated to your sale or purchase to get the process completed quickly and efficiently.
