GoogleWe received a fantastic service from Beresford Adams when renting our first house in the UK . GUY was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable, extremely efficient and it was very reassuring to have him there when we took our first rental home, as it was all very new to us! he found us zero deposit scheme, promptly followed up our queries and was a constant source of support and information throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much for him and no question was a silly one! really appreciate the patience he had to convince me one by one Thank you Guy thank you soo much. I would highly recommend Beresford Adams when renting a house .(Especially when you are new in the UK and don't know what to do next)

GoogleStarted down the selling path with Beresford Adam's as they indicated they had full service offering with mortgage brokers and solicitors. Turns out solicitors were in Sri Lanka and just about impossible to understand over poor phone lines. Cancelled contract, although Muve continued pestering us, and so far only partially refunded our initial payment despite saying we would get a full refund. Stay away from Muve.

GoogleBeresford Adams recently helped with the sale of our property. As an agency, they are reliable, informative, well priced and professional. Jessie Roberts and Finlay Clough were both particularly impressive. Viewings were booked promptly and handled well, feedback was received from every potential buyer and were chased consistently which I was impressed with. They were fab and maintaining a good relationship with our eventual buyer which at times was hard given the complexity of our sale. However Jessie and Fin were super and deserve every praise. I recommend Beresford and the whole team if you want a complicated procedure to feel easy. Thanks all and I wish you all the best. Oliver.

GoogleI’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Beresford Adams and would strongly advise others to steer clear. Despite numerous emails, they have consistently failed to respond, and every promise of a call back has been completely ignored. It's now been over three months since I moved out, and they are still withholding my housing deposit without any clear explanation or resolution. Their communication is nonexistent, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. Avoid this agency if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

GoogleI Wouldn’t be able to go in to full details of all excellent work Megan did throughout the whole purchase of the property as this review would take a while to read. At one point the purchase didn’t look like it would go through due to the Vendors solicitors not being cooperative. Megan chased every query up and resolved the matter to a successful conclusion. I genuinely believe if it wasn’t for Megan’s professionalism, tenacity, perseverance and wanting to do a good job the purchase wouldn’t have gone through. GoogleHolly and Lauren from the Wrexham office have been amazing. In our search for a house in the area, they have been proactive in sending information about properties on and about to come on their books, taking a detailed note of what we are looking forward. They return calls promptly, provide detailed information about the houses they are selling, forward links to properties matching our wish list and are making this search so much easier. This might sound really basic Estate Agent-ing, but has not been our experience with many high street agents. If you are on with them, they are working tirelessly to get your property before buyers. Well done both and to whoever manages you/wider company ethos. This is clearly standard good practice and not just certain personnel.

GoogleVery professional from start to finish. All the staff were very friendly and Lauren gave us good advice and support throughout the sale. We did consider using the modern method of auction but the numbers given to us were considerably lower than what we eventually achieved so, with Lauren's support we used the conventional method to sell our property and received an offer on the first day of viewing, it has been smooth sailing and 3 months later we have completed! Very happy with Beresford Adams Wrexham.
