GoogleI had an awful experience with Taylors, as a landlord. One member of staff who was assigned to me, went on holiday for approximately a month and had no out of office e-mail, with no member of staff directed to contact. Other members of staff never called back or e-mailed when said, and I was left to chase for the majority of my time with them. Lastly, they pushed responsibilities to myself to deal with, providing very minimal support.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
