GoogleHaving a few visits from other estate agents, we have decided to put our house on the market with Kishan at Taylors, he has truly impressed us how very sincere and patient was with all of our queries regarding the sale, this was one of the main reason we have went with Taylors over other agents.
Kishan has been highly professional & efficient throughout the whole process, he was always keen to assist, answered all our concerns and updated us regularly. Within 2 wks he has sold our house, even though completion was 9 months away he has managed to find a right buyer for us! He has made every effort with all conveyacer parties and went an extra mile by helping us to keep track with our new buy, his helpful attitude has definitely made a difference during the sale.

GoogleWe recently moved into Cardiff and it was the first time for us to rent a place through an agency. So we were unfamiliar with pretty much everything that is to know about renting a property. Luckily, Taylors letting was there to save our day and 'Keia' was thoroughly helpful with everything. From viewing the property through an online call (because we couldn't afford the time to physically do so) through the paperwork to answering my endless questions, Taylors was there. The entire process was very trustworthy and swift.

GoogleI used this branch for both let and initial sale of my 2 bed house in Old St Mellons and have very split opinions about the two departments. I do NOT recommend their sales service to anyone.
The sales agent I dealt with is Karl Pendry and I cannot say he is helpful or professional. During viewing stage, fake information regarding the property availability was given to several buyers which caused a serious complaint from my tenants.
In the negotiation stage, he failed to highlight the risk of buyer’s mortgage conditions and persuaded me hard to continue with the underpriced offer after providing incorrect market trend information which he never admits it was due to his own lack of knowledge about local area. One of his colleagues actually phoned another agent to ask their sold prices nearby because they had absolutely no clue.
I pulled out from the sale and terminated my agreement with Taylor’s immediately after. Another agent managed to secure a 10% higher cash offer 2 weeks after and their fees was even lower than Taylor’s.
Letting department was great in the beginning finding tenants and getting everything set up. I recommended their service to a number of friends locally. Although they failed to provide keys to their own colleagues to do the checkout report even it was paid and arranged weeks ago. Would give them 4 out of 5 but unfortunately their sales colleague managed to achieve 0 out of 5 so overall 2 stars.
