GoogleThis Agency is very considerate and they always provide cleaners to tidy the house. Whenever their is any maintenance issue, they try as much as possible to get it done immediately. I will definitely continue staying in one of there properties.

GoogleA fantastic letting agency. They ensured I and other tenants were comfortable. Checks were conducted routinely to identify and fix faults in the house. Whenever I had any queries, Jack and Tadi were quick to respond. I will highly recommended them.

GoogleNicholas Humphreys and Danielle have been exceptional throughout our tenancy. The property was clean when we moved in, and Danielle has maintained excellent communication with us. She promptly addressed our concerns and guided us appropriately when needed. This final-year tenancy has been fantastic, and we will definitely consider using Nicholas Humphreys again in the future. :)

GoogleProbably the worse letting agents I’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. The first appointment was cancelled 10 minutes before viewing when I was already on site after driving an hour to get there. The second appointment was a sure thing according to their lettings team and again, it was cancelled right at the last minute. Imagine letting these guys letting out your property. Absolutely appalling service. I’m glad I never ever rented a property from them.

GoogleIt is advisable you avoid bills inclusive apartment with the agency and landlord connected to the agency as they will rip you off your money especially towards your end of tenancy. They mostly rent to Africans and threaten them like they live in the country illegally. Students live here legally why threaten them when you have their documents. This agency will make your life terrible with almost twice a week sale viewing. Most of the apartments they manage at Uttoxeter New Road are of same landlord which has bad environment/surrounding.

GoogleThe staffs in Nicholas Humphrey are friendly and polite ranging from replying emails, answering calls , viewing property and handing of keys. Bali was the property manager of my apartment, she’s active and friendly although did not reply my mails on time before I moved in. The apartment was okay, spacious but wasn’t tidy enough. Overall experience was amazing.
