GoogleNicholas Humphrey property is not a trustworthy agency, they’re dubious in nature and you’ll regret dealing with them. I have very bad experience with them when I rent their 3 bedroom at 9 south street Derby Derbyshire, the house is not very rough and the cooker is not couple with other things I complained about in the house and they didn’t attend to it till moved out of the house. I have been requesting for my exit report since February of this year without response from them and when they later respond to me, they responded with exit report that doesn’t have my information and home address with it….. Nicholas Humphrey is not a trustworthy agency. Below is the exit report I got from them

GoogleFirstly falsely advertised a student property as bills included when we arrived a month later was informed they was not included spent 8-10 months trying to sort this out between then with little contact, further more they believed it was acceptable to be without a washing machine for 7 weeks and wouldn’t help us with laundrette fees, any fixes to the house that we made them aware about lasted a matter for days before breaking again

GoogleThis is the worst housing agency in Derby, whatever you do DON’T rent from them, they let us move into an uninhabitable house with mold, and every furniture broken, tried everything to keep us in that house and would not refund the rent and deposit. They are the worst people on this planet so run from this company or it will be the worst decision of your life!!!.

GoogleHorrible experience with this agency. The house we moved into was dirty, not cleaned, and everything was either broken or breaking. There was literal faeces under the sofa and lingering pee smells everywhere. We’ve filled in so many reports and nothing was ever fixed - boiler, heating, smoke alarms. After moving out, they tried charging us for all of these existing issues, we had to undergo weeks of complaining and arguing before they gave up. Money grabbing, fake and dishonest agency. To anyone considering this agency: run.

So many problems with the house and took months for anything to be fixed but most issues were never fixed as they like to ignore their tenants.
