GoogleIf you live in Hatfield and are a student, and you are not looking to get into a property, I would strongly recommend you bloody do and go with Nicholas Humphrays. If you're in halls, you could save literal thousands in a student houseshare. If you need questions answered, or don't understand what you're doing, just send them an email or book a viewing. And if you're nervous about trusting lettings agents in general, I can assure you that Jack especially does an incredible job, and has been so helpful and friendly, and the whole team there have put in a lot of effort to be proactive and keep everyone informed and happy.

GoogleLovely team who made the tenancy easy and quick and they have very fast responses and always notify us in advance to inspections. However many maintenance issues that have been recorded and reported (hob fan, carpet lifting, mold etc) over our 2 year stay still haven’t been acknowledged or resolved after multiple attempts of complaints.
Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the positive experience you had with our team during your tenancy, particularly regarding communication, responsiveness, and the ease of the move-in process. We’re sorry to hear that some of the maintenance issues you reported were not resolved during your time at the property. We understand how frustrating this must have been and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. For this particular property, the landlord uses their own contractor for maintenance, which unfortunately can sometimes affect the speed and outcome of repair work. While we always do our best to follow up and advocate for timely resolutions on behalf of our tenants, the final decisions and actions rest with the landlord and their appointed contractor. GoogleBest service I have ever had from an Estate Agent. Would highly recommend. They have found the exact type of tenants for us we wanted. All done very simply and efficiently. They also helped arranged local trademen at the property and made the whole experience fantastic. Having dealt with many estate agents before we have never had a service this good! I would never use anyone else now.
