GoogleDon’t rent from these guys if you are a student. Will give you the property in an okay shape and then deduct money from your deposit over anything with false evidence and vague invoices. First of all it took them almost a month to decide on the deductions. If you don’t have enough employees maybe don’t run as much properties and make people’s experiences disgusting. After making the deductions they won’t even give you a chance to negotiate and they will try to leave it to the adjudicator to decide cause thats what they are used to they are used to getting into disputes with students because they know how to lie. But I won’t let it go this time, let’s see whats going to happen. I am going to contact the council, and citizens advice bureau and I will make sure to get my money back. I hope your time is worth the £67 pounds you are disputing with a student about for the past couple of weeks.

GoogleNicholas Humphteys were/are a fantastic team and service. I was fortunate to stay here during this last year. The house was very nice, but the service that was provided was even more stellar! The team were fast with responses, fixes and communication. The team were also very compassionate and supportive of me during my time there. Thank you guys!

GoogleWe have been with Nicholas Humphreys for the past 2 years as student tenants and they have been super helpful throughout our time at the property and ensured speedy replies to any enquiries or issues we had. GoogleAbsolutely ridiculous experience with this agency. I was scheduled TWICE for a property viewing, and both times they completely messed it up. Today, I went all the way there AGAIN, only to be told on the spot that they can’t show me the property because “the tenants aren’t agreeing.” Seriously? Why wasn’t I informed earlier? Do they think people have time to waste like this? It’s beyond unprofessional, the lack of communication and basic courtesy is shocking. Never dealing with them again.

Thank you for your feedback. The property you were scheduled to view is managed directly by the landlord, which means we do not have direct contact with the tenants ourselves. While we always provide at least 24 hours’ notice to tenants in properties we manage, in this case, although we informed the landlord of the scheduled viewing, it appears they did not pass this information on to the tenants. As a result, access to the property was unfortunately denied. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and the time this may have cost you. Regrettably, this situation was beyond our control. GoogleWe had a brilliant experience with Jon and Kev at Nicholas Humphreys Nottingham in selling our residential property. From our initial discussion with them through to completion, they were attentive, fair, supportive and incredibly responsive. The photos were brilliant & no doubt critical in garnering the interest on our property; all enquiries were handled in a timely manner; feedback was prompt and you could tell they genuinely cared about getting us the best buyer at the best time but also managed our expectations in the right way... and, miracle of all miracles, we managed to complete our sale within about 6 weeks to ensure our onward purchase went ahead! Must be a record. Couldn't recommend them more!

GoogleOur new student house with Nicholas Humphreys had a fair amount of dust, cobwebs, and a previous tentants sock. After consulting this with the agency, they told us the house was 'completely habitable'. This seemed as though they were disregarding the situation. Responses from them have been taking longer than 10 days, with follow up emails needed to get a response. EDIT: After 27 days from the initial email, our issue was resolved swiftly by another team member, who sent a clear and satisfactory update on the changes made. NEW EDIT: took 3 months to get a working oven, kitchen was left in a mess after repair, our house flooded during heavy rainstorms and our concerns about this were dismissed, the house clearly had not undergone checks by the agency. Paper was found blocking cracks under the windowsill, and tape was found over the cracks on the windowsill. This meant winters were extremely cold causing the heating to be almost ineffective.

GoogleTerrible service. My Daughter has just taken on a house with this agency, the house is disgustingly dirty and unliveable. After complaining to the agency still nothing has been done. No reply to emails and phone calls. They are totally disinterested even though she's paying rent and cannot live in the property as it a health risk. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR !!!!

GoogleRio was super helpful regarding moving in mine and my friends’ belongings into our new property. He was patient, kind and eager to assist in any way possible and did a very efficient job.
