GoogleOur house just needed ‘the right buyer’ and from our first meeting of Luke from Michael Poole, Stockton I believe he understood that. I felt he took a personal interest in our sale and worked very hard to find and show that buyer to our house. Kathryn then took over and did proper due diligence on the offer for us to feel confident about the buyers and the sale progressing. Throughout the sale process Kathryn and her team kept it as stress free as possible. Selling this house was reasonably emotional and I felt Kathryn showed empathy and understanding. Kathryn and the team did everything possible to make this a good process and I think went above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend Michael Poole Stockton.

Jack Symon took the time to come round and talk me through the whole process and was able to take all of the stress away. He has taken amazing photos of our property and the team have provided us with regular updates so far regarding any activity on our advert. Cannot ask for more 👌

GoogleBrad went above and beyond from when we met him at the first house viewing to regular texts answering queries we had, to the negotiations and finally the purchase of our house. Once the sale had been agreed he kept us sane while delay after delay by solicitors and other people in the link changed dates, eventually joining in the excitement when we finally got the sale over the line. We cannot thank Brad and his company enough and would certainly recommend both to anyone looking at purchasing (or selling)
