We had been given the impression by the vendor that they wanted a quick sale. We organized ourselves in a matter of weeks after the offer was accepted but were left hanging around for 4 months before moving in. Stacey was fairly speedy during the offer process though gave no advice, just relayed messages. During the long wait Stacey was hard to track down and took a long time to provide any explanation for the delay. We felt she was passively relaying messages rather than working hard on our behalf to move the purchase along and avoid further storage costs for us. Not a particularly pleasant experience.
