Kayleigh Manning was incredibly helpful and professional throughout what became a difficult sale. I genuinely felt supported and never left “hung out to dry” after my offer was accepted. Excellent sales progression team at Michael Poole. Helen was amazing right from the start. She kept a very close eye on what was happening in the chain and was very proactive about chasing up the other agent and getting updates from solicitors. This is the best sales progression experience I've ever had, having used many other agents in other areas of the UK in the past. Catherine Piccard is our property manager, and she is absolutely amazing, genuine, kind, and understand professional customer service skills. The valuer made me feel comfortable,no hard sales pitch, and out of the 3 agents I'd contacted, I put my trust in him and his colleagues to sell my late father's home. All the people I subsequently dealt with at Michael Poole in Stockton on Tees were friendly and professional, with excellent communication. They quickly got numerous viewings, lots of possible interest and an offer....unfortunately the chain collapsed so it was back to square one, but again the staff at Michael Poole came up trumps and through their excellent liaison, I soon had another offer, leading to completion. I am so pleased I 'went with my gut' and trusted them to sell the property.

Honestly I don´t know where to start. But after speaking to their Regional manager it all makes sense. First thing they wanted was to get us to speak to their specialist panel of mortgage brokes that can get more deals etc. In contrast to the last estate agents we bought from they wanted a fee up front etc. They were also keen to market our house for us and I asked multiple times to send me a some information oin their fees etc which was avoided 3 or 4 times. We have seen house that has been on the market for overa year, I spoke to the vendors son while at the viewing and he explained they weren´t in a rush and wouldnt need us to have a an offer on our house to accept an offer. I asked him and he said no he was happy because they arent in a rush. We were loking to put an offer in when a regional manager I have never spoken to calls up again trying to market our house, I told him I didnt get a good feeling from them and chose another estate agent we had a better experience withg and he went on to bash them for not being able to get photos for 2 weeks. I said the marketing on the other company and the treatment is much better and I was going to use them anyway and he proceeded to send a whstsap message. I get my name is difficult but I am dyslexic and a sales person and I make sure I spell peoples name correctly so I mentioned like I said before about trust and I will post the transcript below of the conversation.. You make up your minds if you would trust this person selling your house. Allun; Hi Farren, it’s Allun here from MANN. I have bought and sold many houses over the years and this has been the worst experience ever. Rude, ignorant and unprofessional, particularly Helen. Made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Kirby was the only person who was any help. On top of this the property was miss advertised. It said recent re wire. As it turns out is was 11 years ago. Avoid this company at all costs!

Our house just needed ‘the right buyer’ and from our first meeting of Luke from Michael Poole, Stockton I believe he understood that. I felt he took a personal interest in our sale and worked very hard to find and show that buyer to our house. Kathryn then took over and did proper due diligence on the offer for us to feel confident about the buyers and the sale progressing. Throughout the sale process Kathryn and her team kept it as stress free as possible. Selling this house was reasonably emotional and I felt Kathryn showed empathy and understanding.
