The whole expirience is just dissapointing. Contracted to sell my house with Michael Poole Sadly wrongly valued which misslead the whole sale . Above estate agent does not have time to show property around athough charging 3 k fee for that type of service. Several people walked away from viewings or knowcked on my doors without appointment or three 4 couples trying to view without estate agent being there not organized at all . And time for organizeing viewings above 2 weeks due to calendar issues.! The job is simple and cant be done .. advert running after taking property of the market for week costing people again knocking on doors . Dissapointed not sold would not use again in future ..

FacebookFirstly I am absolutely upset with valuating property, I have received silly price for it! 😂 Secondly I have been viewing previously few properties from those agents which wasn't really nice as on pictures. When I asked M'bro branch for viewing on another property I have never heard anything back. Completely waste of time with selling or buying property.

I rented a furnished apartment through Michael Poole and it has been a really disappointing experience. The apartment was extremely dirty when I moved in (despite that wasn't reported on the inventory check), a wardrobe door was hanging broken and almost fell on me few times, multiple bulbs (including in the shower) were not working, a chair was broken too. Those problems should have been sorted before my move in, considering they knew about my moving a month before I got the keys.I had to change the bulbs and to fix wardrobe and chair by myself, because being lockdown they couldn't send anyone for a long while, and despite not “emergencies” I needed those things to be fixed, but none refund me for those jobs.When I left the apartment it has been told they would keep part of the deposit to put back in the original place old, dirty and rusty items I have moved in a cupboard because they were just taking storage space...of course everything I fixed/changed and the deep cleaning I had to do when I moved in it hasn't been even consider to refund me.I really would suggest anyone who is thinking to go through this agency to think twice, they are really unprofessional, if they act so poorly on letting I can not imagine the problems you could have during sales.

FacebookTried to get a viewing on a property that they had the keys for - had to wait nearly two weeks to view and the day before they cancelled as the house had been sold through another estate agents. Wish I’d rang them now. Terrible estate agents - difficult to get through to and appalling service.

FacebookTerrible estate agents. They are rude when they speak to you on the phone. They charged us for fast tracking our checks and we were last in the chain to get them back, took even longer than the standard time. Never got an apology. They do very little to actually help sell your house, there only solution is to just keep lowering the price. We asked for our house to be featured on their social media page relentlessly, to spark interest page and they couldn't be bothered. We were ignored from start to finish.

As a purchaser I was lead to believe the seller had a strict deadline after which they wouldn't sell. The agent harassed us with daily calls and emails and we worked in good faith and quite hard to make sure we were ready. When our solicitor informed the other party with the required 3 days notice, it transpired that the seller's solicitor had not been made aware of this "deadline" and as a consequence wasn't prepared for the transaction. Turned out that the seller was fine with completing after the deadline and we still bought the house. This was either a huge failure in communication between the agent and her client or at the worst an intentional deceit to sell faster. I was purchasing other properties with this branch and I stopped answering their calls, we communicated through the solicitor and completed fine without the agent interference.
