Managed by David Poole our Coulby Newham branch opened in March 2000. This office covers Coulby Newham, Marton, Nunthorpe, Hemlington and Stainton areas. Located at the Parkway Centre it is ideally located close to excellent free car parking.

FacebookAndrea has been very helpful and attentive...she has always returned my calls and emails and kept me up to date with progress. They also have a text messaging service for when you are selling a property to keep you up dated which is good. The process of selling a house can be slow but Andrea continued to update me and settle me when I was worried...I’m hoping to complete this side of Christmas then Michael Poole will give me the best Christmas present thank you

FacebookRecently had to sell our Dad's house after he passed away, it has been a very emotional & distressing time but i would just like to say that i would highly recommend them . We used the Stockton office & mainly dealt with Shannon who has been very understanding, helpful, friendly & professional. She has always kept us fully informed every step of the way with phone calls , emails etc. They done all the viewings for us which was a very big help. Thank you very much for making an awful time as stress free as possible.

Where do I start! I thought I was been pursued by bailiffs than an estate agent! Very pressured forceful, threatening way of sales and very very unprofessional! The property and Lettings market is moving fast paced because of these pressured and harassed agents! These people have no consideration that moving home and choosing a home is the biggest decision anyone will ever make! These sharks need to give tenants, and buyers breathing space and consideration that potential clients have busy work lifes and can not always respond to they pressured deadlines! Made by who ever the agent is!!! Unbelievable poor poor experience with pooles! Shame on you!

GoogleMost unprofessional service of all our local estate agents. Having bought numerous houses over the years for rent the only estate agent I haven’t managed to secure a property through is Michael Poole. In my opinion they actively encourage price wars and gazumping. Over the last 12 months I have had 3 offers on 3 separate houses accepted on the understanding that they were taken off the market, only to receive notification within a day that higher offers had been accepted and asking if we would like to increase our offers. So be careful and very cautious and don’t get over exited thinking you have secured your new dream home as there maybe a sting in the tail round the corner

I have never worked with such an unresponsive realtor before. A rental property caught mine and a friend's eye as a potential to move in to together, and so we both separately registered interest and requested a viewing on their website. A week goes by, and I decide to give the office a call - how did I figure out which office to call? Well, that was of course hidden in the property brochure and nowhere on their website.The person I spoke to said the tenants hadn't left yet, but the video tour will be up by the end of the week - leave your e-mail and we'll let you know ASAP. I do, they don't. Another week goes by, another phone call. Another wait, but at the end of this week the video tour is published - no notification is sent to me whatsoever. It should be noted that the video tour showed an unfitted kitchen and unfurnished apartment - not what was advertised on the website.I call the next working day, asking "is this property still available" despite my doubts - if their customer support was like this when they should be reeling me in, how will they be when I need assistance? No, of course the property is not available. They sold it last week. Before they had even published the video tour.Why then, publish the video?tl;dr, after a month of back and forth trying to get any sort of clue, turns out they sold the property without telling me or anyone.I still haven't had a single e-mail!
