I would absolutely recommend Michael Poole and Emeline to anyone. Our house sold within a few days of being on the market. Nothing was too much trouble, even to the point of Emeline dropping our new house keys off to us while on her lunch. Fantastic service

Having dealt with vatious local agents, this branch is one of the best for quick responses to emails and enquiries. The phone is always answered, Ive never had to leave a voicemail for a call back. Jack emails me back in a very timely manner and offers to talk me through the process.

Awful company, They need to learn how to communicate with prospective purchase. They don't read what you send and then keep you dangling for days to get a call back. Don't give you answers to questions. Twice this has happened. Obviously becoming the High Sherriff of County Durham means more to the owner than running the business.

RUBBISH, absolutely joke of a company couldn't get a viewing of a property that had just gone on the market ,so i offered asking price without viewing to be told the seller isnt taking offers until viewings.Then get a phone call to say sold ,since then i spoke to the seller which is a old lady that told me she never even knew i had made an offer,absolutely bent and back handers come to mind (eston branch) LIES LIES LIES

She provides a professional yet personalised friendly service. Communication is great and she is always on hand to answer any queries. What a complete waste of time! I tried to get in touch with the sales department several times with no answer (i probably shouldn't have taken the hint after this as usually, the sale team are always enthusiastic about new business), when they finally picked up the phone, i requested an evaluation and they gave me a few date options. As the house is currently tenanted, i needed to confirm the dates with the tenant before locking in the dates and once again needed a few attempts before being able to connect. After a few more back and forth, i was told the earliest appointment to match the tenant's convenient time was about 2 weeks of waiting. We fixed a date and time accordingly (this was meant to be Tuesday 26th). There hasn't been a single follow up since then I even called up twice yesterday(Thursday) but was told the agent was busy. Don't bother wasting your time here. The only reason I got in touch was because i was referred by another trusted estate agent but have to say this is the worst sales department in any industry I've ever come across.
