Managed by David Poole our Coulby Newham branch opened in March 2000. This office covers Coulby Newham, Marton, Nunthorpe, Hemlington and Stainton areas. Located at the Parkway Centre it is ideally located close to excellent free car parking.

We sold a few properties with Michael Poole and from start to finish had excellent service. Within our area this is the only agents we would use to sell in the future, their hard working teams and decoration is second to none. We were thrilled with the whole process, from meeting them, the photos were of high quality, the property walk through made it easy to explore and understand the lay out of the properties. A big bonus no matter what day we would always get through by phone or email, we look forward to working with them again.

We went with Michael Poole as have previously dealt with them in the past and have family recommendations. They have been so helpful. Roberta has been a calming voice on the end of the phone and when things seemed to be getting quite stressful as house moves can do, David was contactable and on hand to advise and guide on next steps. Although we sold our property with Michael Poole they helped us a lot with our onward purchase and we were able to get into our new home just before the stamp duty deadline! Thank you to all

I have Been renting through MP for 9+ years but I had to leave due to LL selling, I’ve had no trouble with MP up until I was leaving, I had no contact or help from anybody after the sect 21 to help me find anything new?, eventually after finding a new property to rent I had issues with them delaying my reference despite not missing a payment in 9 years!! I’m glad I cancelled my Standing order as I was billed for the month after my tenancy ended as they had failed to update Melanie in accounts that I had gone. I received no apology, just a standard response “system hadn’t been updated” -I left my flat in great condition and it’s 3 weeks before I get my deposit back , I can afford it but how are people supposed to pay a deposit whilst waiting repayment of another. Not good enough.i was thinking about 4 stars however decided on 3, when you can spend an lifetime in building a legacy up but it takes one stupid mistake in letting it fail! Shame

GoogleI would like to say how incrediblely patient the team from mann letting agency in Canterbury have been within helping me with not only finding a home but a secure network with understanding and emotional experience behind some would say it hard time in life and as this was my first time doing something like this the team made it so easy and confitable for me although me continuously phoneing in office to find out more about the place I visited with the help of Holly in witch was so helpful and polite and reassured me throughout my place of home and jazmyn I cant say thank you enough for your patients and understanding in all the confusion and whirlwind lol and thank you.... last but not forgotten the lovely lady I speak to every time I called the receptionist how kind and well mannered si polite and helpful it was nice to have chat and natter thank you also for your patience with me hipe to see you all soon kind regards Rikki Warner

We viewed a property that was for sale with Micheal Poole on December 30th 2025 and made an offer via email on the 30th. Although the office was closed on the 31st the office manager rang me from home. The offer was accepted. Though out the whole process Marian Gilhooly constantly kept in touch with updates. She was supportive, encouraging when things slowed down and incredibly helpful and professional. I don’t think that anything was too much trouble for her , she simply could not do enough for us. We are looking forward to receiving the keys to our new home next week and also looking forward to seeing Marian again.

Whilst we could have used a cheaper agent, we felt the service and professionalism from Jack was exceptional, he was very knowledgeable and answered all questions relating to the selling process.
