We have used the Ingleby Office for the last 11 years and have continued to do so as a buyer, seller and landlord. The service received from Karen on our recent purchases and sale has been outstanding . Nothing is too much trouble giving over and above what is required. Speaking as a Real Estate agent myself in Singapore I know how hard it can be at times keeping all parties happy and in the loop and Karen does an excellent job at this.

I have dealt with many different lettings consultants at Michael Poole over this time and have found every one of them to be professional, friendly and helpful. Communication is very good and I am always kept up to date with anything that I need to know. If I have needed to telephone the office for any reason I have always been able to speak to one of the lettings consultants or, if they are busy, I have always had the phone call returned. I would, and have recommended Michael Poole to others.
