She kept a very close eye on what was happening in the chain and was very proactive about chasing up the other agent and getting updates from solicitors. From start to finish we were informed, updated of every progression and the staff are so very easy to work with. I have bought and sold many houses over the years and this has been the worst experience ever. Rude, ignorant and unprofessional, particularly Helen. Made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Kirby was the only person who was any help. On top of this the property was miss advertised. It said recent re wire. As it turns out is was 11 years ago. Avoid this company at all costs!
