We had an excellent experience with Bacon & Co from start to finish. A special mention has to go to Harry Moreland, who was professional, approachable, honest and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, and he always made us feel informed and supported. Having dealt with other estate agents in Worthing, I can honestly say Bacon & Co stood out for all the right reasons. The level of professionalism, customer service and genuine friendliness was on another level. Other estate agents we’ve experienced locally simply weren’t as professional or as likeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Harry and the whole team to anyone buying or selling a property.

Can’t recommend Jake, Harry and the rest of his team at bacon and co broadwater. From start to finish they were very professional even when things weren’t quite going to plan, they were there and very supportive in the process. Even at times going above and beyond as agents and really caring for their clients. I can’t thank them enough as it was a tough process. I don’t always do reviews, however, their service needs credit. For anyone selling in tough circumstance this team is the dream team. Thank you again x

I was introduced to Sprift around 5 years ago and honestly, I can say it’s become essential to the day-to-day running of my business. Data is everything and I’ve genuinely not seen another platform come anywhere close to this level. Ive had software before however with Sprift it’s the people behind it. It feels less like using a platform and more like having an extension of your own team working in the background. The support is unreal, easy to talk to, down to earth, no fluff, no nonsense… and that’s exactly how I like to operate. In an industry full of noise, Sprift delivers... Consistently. Excellent sales progression team at Michael Poole. Helen was amazing right from the start. She kept a very close eye on what was happening in the chain and was very proactive about chasing up the other agent and getting updates from solicitors. This is the best sales progression experience I've ever had, having used many other agents in other areas of the UK in the past. From start to finish, Tracy Bennett at the Nunthorpe Branch was fantastic, supportive and informative! As a first time seller, Tracy provided all information to me to help guide me through the process and what to expect. They also put me in touch with a conveyancer to help with managing the full process of selling our house as quickly as practical, as we are relocating due to work. We marketed our house on the Thursday, had a wave of viewings and offers coming in over the weekend, and we accepted an asking price offer on the Tuesday! Tracy responded to my enquiries very quickly and helped kept things progressing until our completion, which was around 6 weeks from offer. We had a lovely FTB family and we had no onward chain, and we are now able to look for our next home as chain-free buyers. David Poole took fantastic photographs of our house which went online on rightmove and onthemarket, etc. The brochure was also fantastic. I'd highly recommend Tracy Bennett, especially if you're a first time seller! I felt comfortable, updated and confident throughout the entire process, from marketing and arranging viewings to handling offers and completion, with information what happens at each stage of the sale. As a very nervous, elderly first time seller I chose Michael Poole Estate Agents after having three different agencies to quote for my sale. It was David Poole's professional attitude and the way that he really listened to all my concerns and explained patiently those things that I didn't understand, that made me choose them. My dedicated sales negotiator was Victoria Wood whose attention to detail and professional knowledge was outstanding. She responded promptly to all queries and followed up with my buyers and solicitors whenever necessary. In addition to that, she had such a caring attitude towards me as a client, warm and friendly, calming when I was worried about something and always greeted me with a smiling welcome, giving me her full attention. There was no comparison between her and other agencies that I dealt with while searching for my onward purchase. Whenever I visited the Nunthorpe office, the other negotiators, Tracy and Roberta were equally pleasant to deal with if Victoria was not there, showing how the ethos of the branch is so customer-orientated. During a long and stop/start chain of 8 properties our moving house experience wasn’t without its challenges. However the girls in the Nunthorpe office and in particular Tracey Bennett were nothing short of amazing. Tracey simply went above and beyond in every aspect of the process. From the initial sale negotiations and then further re-negotiations after receiving our surveyors report. Her communication was clear, she was always professional and extremely knowledgeable. Fabulous experience with Michael Poole. David Poole valued my late Mum's property which is pretty unique. I really appreciated that he took time to reflect and come back with a considered valuation. We chose to go with the firm as they had an enthusiasm about the property that other firms didn't. The lovely Victoria Wood in the Nunthorpe office handled negotiations for us.
