Her communication skills are spot on - always available and always engaging - answering questions, providing updates, insights - etc. I'm always aware of what's going on. She listened to our needs, discussed the points to understand and suggested an action plan to meet our growth needs. She quickly actioned the plan, providing details on how its going so we can monitor the results which also involved doing market research to find the necessary information to have the best impact. After each milestone we would reconnected and update the plan and discussion other and new options. Her efforts have made an impact to our social visibility and overall exposure which has manifested itself by broader reach, wider followers, increased visits, social engagement, and most importantly, an increased number of sales. All the objectives we were aiming for. And her friendly attitude makes it a delight to work with Emily - always friendly and ready to help. TrustpilotThis is the worst agent
This is the worst agent I have ever worked with. Supposedly acting for us, this estate agent, I feel, was dishonest and misleading….protecting a chain to our detriment (not informing us that they had the entire chain) . Ill advising and recommending that we fund unnecessary surveys and ,I suspect , sharing privileged information to prospective buyers. In my opinion they were unprofessional, dishonest, bad communicators and the only agent I have ever known to charge for photographs and their own failures!

GooglePLEASE AVOID!! They are simply shambolic. They ignore every email or any request for a complaints policy or escalation. My tenant provided 6 separate days / times. They have STILL not attended! Go elsewhere, save yourself (and your tenant) a LOT of time and hassle!

GooglePaul, Jane and Fiona could not have been more supportive with our house move.
