GoogleThe whole process of renting was so easy and always felt that we were well looked after. Mo is so responsive and very efficient in getting things sorted out any problems/queries. Our flat was absolutely spotless the day we moved in which is such a breath of fresh air as other companies we have rented through before have never done this well. We’ve been so impressed by the service given to us and would definitely recommend them to anyone renting.

GoogleI recently attended a property viewing with this agent (Rachel) and had a much better experience compared to others. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to highlight features relevant to my needs. Unlike other agents who can feel rushed or pushy, this viewing was relaxed and informative. The agent was knowledgeable, answered all my questions clearly, and made the whole process comfortable. Overall, a very positive experience and far better than previous viewings I’ve had.

GoogleReally impressed with Anthony, the photographer we had from emzo marketing. We are selling 2 properties and Anthony also photographed my partners house. The pictures were amazing and the house sold to the first viewer for full asking price. He has just photographed my property and I was totally impressed again with his experience and professionalism. Michael Poole have been excellent throughout my house purchase. Jack has kept me updated along the way. It was lovely to receive a welcome pack when I collected my keys of tea, washing kit etc which are staples of when you set a house up. Thoroughly reccomend.

GoogleWe dealt with Debbie from Michael Poole after we successfully had an offer accepted on a house we wanted to purchase. Throughout the process and up to exchange , she always provided us with up to date information on progress, and was at all times proactive in dealing with our seller and the solicitors in the chain. She made the process so much less stressful and we wouldn’t hesitate to use her and Michael Poole in the future or recommend to others.

GoogleI had a really positive experience with Michael Poole Estate Agents while purchasing my home. Emeline and Debbie were both fantastic throughout the whole process, they kept me updated regularly and were always quick to respond whenever I had any questions. What stood out most was their communication, they were professional and polite, but also approachable and personable, which made the whole experience feel much less stressful and more human. I especially appreciated that they would call me with updates when they knew I was waiting on information, rather than just relying on emails. Overall, a really supportive and reliable team. A big thank you to Emeline and Debbie for all their help, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

She took the time to properly assess each property and clearly explained her reasoning behind the valuations, which gave us a lot of confidence in the figures provided. What really stood out was her attitude and work ethic. She was friendly, approachable, and clearly very passionate about what she does. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who is both highly competent and genuinely cares about providing a great service.
