Laura and her team in the Chiswick Rental offices went the extra mile in advising us on every aspect of finding a new tenant for our property including help with plumbers, decorators and removals and most importantly in finding us a good selection of prospective new tenants to choose from. A very hands on operation with excellent customer service and support.

Radyah Sultana at Docklands & City office, who is in charge of the paperwork, was so rude, unprofessional, dishonest and impatient. I have received passive-aggressive threats from her and had a really bad experience. We worked smoothly with Egle and David, and paid the deposit very early. However, the contract was ready only 3 days before moving in, even though all the reference checks were ready two weeks ago! I understand that Radyah was sick for a few days, but I am unhappy that she made an excuse and LIED that the reference checks were just done yesterday. Now because of her inefficiency, I have to be efficient. Well, I am a customer, and she is the god.

GoogleReally impressive service from Hanan, best letting agent out there! Hanan was very helpful, gave necessary advice, and was always available to answer our questions and queries. She supported us throughout, accommodating to our budget and requirements, arranging several viewings, and finally sorting out the referencing and letting paperwork. Thank you Hanan for making this process so smooth.

GoogleThanks to Ms. Hanan Qassem, I found a suitable place to rent in London. from the moment she answered my phone call inquiring about the apartment till sealing the deal, Ms. Hanan was very helpful, kind and extremely professional. She was really helpful by sending me a video of the apartment and then during the viewing she explained everything and answered all my questions. she even took me in a tour around the building to show me the surrounding area and the places that could be in use. Also, she walked me through the process and paper work and was very patient with me. I am very happy and satisfied by the service I've got from her.

Horrible experience with this agency. I am currently living in a 3 bed flat in Fulham where one of the bedroom ceiling has collapsed and for last 2 months the agency has been slow, practically unresponsive and simply rude. They treat tenants with such disdain it’s shocking. Do not use this company

TrustpilotAVOID JDW AT ALL COSTS
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not subject yourself to the JDW Weybridge office if you can avoid it - they have provided easily the worst service we have ever experienced. We have been renting for 3 months in a JDW managed house. There are multiple material ongoing issues from a leaking roof to broken heating and the agent does not do anything about - for months. We have a 1 year old child who is suffering constant sickness now. They have lied to us about repair parts being ordered and have not held the landlord accountable for fixing anything. Jazz Dillon is of particular incompetence. She has promised us a call with senior management and of course, radio silence.

GoogleHave sent and contacted JLL quite a few times but never heard back. It’s been almost one and half year, still haven’t got my deposit back. I won’t recommend anyone to rent or buy from JLL and will high recommend international students to avoid this estate agent. The funny thing is JLL wanted to charge me for those existing issues which were clearly stated in the inventory check in report. And I paid over £450 for the end of tenancy cleaning service via jll’s living app but they messed up the blinds which asked me to be charge for this again. Now I just want to confirm if jll still holding the deposit or it has been released to the landlord so I could put down the correct information for raising the claim.

GoogleI would never hire JLL to sell or buy property. They will leave your flat in shambles, and then deny it, all they care about is their commission. I have never seen more disrespectful agents.

GoogleAVOID AT ALL COST! What an absolute joke of a company. I was looking for an accommodation back in August. They almost never reply to your emails. If you call them up, they just collect your details, tell you that they will send you an email and ignore you for days. They advertise accommodations on their websites that are not even available anymore. It takes their agents weeks to reply to your emails and messages. They tell you that an accommodation is available, ignore your messages for a whole week and then they inform you that they gave the accommodation to someone else. They are wasting your time, energy and money. There’s zero communication between the different departments. They don’t care about their customers at all.
