Very bad and nasty service..Also they are very good at lying.. They r very bad for letting house, they lie to people, they says 1 family will stay in the house but they put too many people in the house. All they do is take the money from you every month. . They let tenants to sublet rooms, without the landlord's knowledge. As a landlord if you want your house ruined, go to this agency they would take your money but no responsibility or whatsoever after. Muhammad is bad and nasty person.. Do not trust them and give ur house to them.

There is no reason to lie for your self satisfaction. Hunters have never heard of you prior to your false accusations. Hunters have never let your property out. By the sounds of it, looking through your 7 reviews that you have done for other companies, all you seem do is complain and moan. We may have took your comments more seriously if you had ever been in an organisation of your choice that was ever nice to you and in return you posted a nice review about them. on the other hand if every place you go to is bad, maybe you should evaluate where the problem actually is.

Really poor service. Booked an online viewing for a property and was told they would send an application form. Never received the application form and next email informed me they didn't have time to do a video viewing and the property was gone. Very very poor service

Hi Joe, We are sorry to see your dissatisfaction regarding this particular situation. Unfortunately as previously mentioned to you we had an allocated time slot with 16 viewings booked of which some people arrived late and encroached on the time allocated for a video of the property. We received several applications after the viewings and had to take the landlords instructions which meant the property was let immediately. As already mentioned we are happy to advise you as and when any new properties come to the market in that development.

A waste of time for Lettings. Poor communication takes them one week to go view the property and take pics then the tenant finding fee is higher than what they said verbally. Please request a quote before you go further . Every time you call you speak to a new person annoying. The saying if you pay more you get better service is entirely false . All letting estate agents are doing the same job just charging different fees. Please call around and get quotes for tenant finding with a number of agents then you will know who charges what.

Good Afternoon, You are going by an online alias but looking at your review we recognise who you are and are sorry to see you felt the need to write an incorrect review. Just to reconfirm our tenant find service is clearly stipulated on our website and was clearly communicated to you as a percentage of the first months rent. You went away an unsuccessfully tried to let it out with another local agent and returned to us saying they had let you down. As you wanted to increase your rent by £300 per calendar month our percentage fee naturally went up also which was clearly explained to you again and you decided you didn't want to proceed. Your comments about are service are difficult to understand as you have never actually used our services. I would like to take the opportunity to encourage any prospective landlord to have an in-person valuation with ourselves where we will happily go through our fees and services transparently and in detail. We wish you all the best with the property and hope you can successfully let it soon. Kind Regards Jake

We just completed the purchase of a property and were looked after extremely well by Sophie the sales manager, any queries raised were looked into and resolved right away and Sophie went above and beyond the call of duty to assist us. Would certainly use Hunters again!

Darren Bailey is a Mega star, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and extremely profession. There were some issues which he addressed asap and we got the mortgage completed just in time. Without his assistance it would have been possible.

Recently had help from Holly in moving into a new flat and can honestly say that with her help the whole process was smooth and stress free, she really made us feel supported in the move and was quick to respond to any questions we had prior to moving in, I would definitely recommend hunters!
