GoogleThe team at Hunters managed the sale of my flat in Stoke Newington during a very tricky time for the market. Despite a very challenging market and amid significant buyer uncertainty, Hunters managed to secure a decent price for the flat. Communication from Alan, Reuben and the rest of the Hunters team was always exemplary and I valued the advice I was given during the sales process. Reuben in particular was excellent when it came to balancing my interests with those of the buyer to achieve a good outcome. Jay was totally on it, really patient and never pushy, which I have found elsewhere with other estate agents. He replied to my many emails around the clock and went above and beyond what I expected. GoogleThis is a very tricky time for the housing market. My sale eventually went through. Kim is an absolute star, very approachable and an asset to Hunters. I'm pleased my home went to a lovely family. One thing prospective sellers need to remember, it's your house until you complete!

GoogleWe just bought our first home with Hunters, Yeadon. We had a few obstacles on the way which they helped us navigate with the seller and overall it was a positive experience and we will be going back when we come to sell! Kim and Emma always answered the phones and were always happy to help with any query. Claire was fantastic! We had an awful solicitor who didn't respond or give us important information that we needed to know about the selling process. Having previously worked for a solicitor, Claire answered lots of my questions on that and guided us through. When the solicitor was three days late completing and still asking for financial information at 4pm on the day they completed my stress level were through the roof and Claire provided emotional support and guidance on this which I will forever be grateful for. She was even willing to stay online beyond her working hours until the sale had gone through (which luckily it did at 4:55pm) to make sure we were sorted and ok. Claire made me feel like I had a friend holding my hand which was invaluable being a first time buyer with a terrible solicitor. Thank you Claire. Finally, when the sale had completed, Kim and Emma waited in the office for us so we could get the keys (just as they closed), Thank you Kim and Emma!

GoogleI would highly recommend Hunters, Beverley for selling your home, from a buyers perspective they are quick to get you in to see a property as the agents conduct the viewings themselves, which are very professional. They took us through the process till completion, communicating between solicitors, clients and other estate agents in the chain to make it as smooth as possible. Would definitely use Hunters, Beverley if I ever needed to sell in the future.
