GoogleWith special mention to Ms Carly Anderson and Ms Sofia Queiroz and entire Hayes team, I would like to highly recommend Hunters Hayes. We had a real tricky situation with our rental property, But these two ladies had given us unprecedented support to steer us out of the situation. GoogleMy Aunt rents a flat run by Hunters Estate, Sheffield. Our personal experience with Hunters has been an extremely positive one. Recently my Aunt had multiple problems with her shower room. It was very stressful for her due to her poor health. We contacted Hunters and spoke to a very friendly young lady called Eve, who went above and beyond to help us, with all the issues we had. It was so easy to contact Hunters and Eve always got back to us by email or phone call the same day. I would highly recommend Hunters to anyone who wants to rent a property.

GoogleJaison and Josh at Hunters did an excellent job selling our flat for us. We were with a big national company for months and they brought a parade of people through our flat, working on volumes, but not bothering to even ask any questions about the place and always giving us generic feedback. Before showing the place, Josh took his time to take notes about every idiosyncratic question that could arise during a viewing. They found a match in days after listing (Hunters photos were also great). The person who bought the place was genuinely interested and even our former neighbours are happy that Hunters found the right person to buy the flat.

GoogleThey seem to be good on the surface and quickly respond to very simple things. However, whenever it becomes a tiny bit more complicated - nothing is taken care of. We have a leaking pipe on the outside of our property for 8 months. We let them know about this in the first couple weeks of our tenancy. Over 8 (eight) months it's been back and forth, and NOTHING about this leak has been fixed. Every time someone takes a shower in the bathroom, we have a shower in our conservatory due to two sequential leaks (pipe and a roof). They do send the workers, true, but only when there is no rain. And these are new workers every time, who look at it, scratch their heads and do nothing. You need to chase them every day, if you want to have anything done. They don't care about you, don't care about the property. The worst experience with the estate agents in my 12 years of renting.

Hunters did a great job of generating interest and getting people through the door but I was most impressed with their level of service. We were kept regularly updated on progress, viewing feedback was very prompt and all of the agents were very professional. Once we had our buyer, Alan Ivanovas, as the agent who secured the sale, then did a great job working with all parties to get the sale through legals.

GoogleHunters are without doubt the best estate agents in Pudsey, Bramley, and the surrounding areas. I did send the team gifts to share by way of thanking them for their help and assistance as the commission they charged was so reasonable, so I could not recommend their services more highly offering a friendly and professional service with no drama! After a less than positive brief experience with a local agent with the initial MS, I have had the pleasure of dealing with every member of the team in the Pudsey office from the Sales Manager's initial valuation, the sales negotiators, the sales progressers, the office manager, and even the owner of the business helped me through what could have been otherwise a tricky sale to get multiple offers and a swift sale completion. If you listen and take on board their optimistic and still realistic advice you will sell your property for a great price, and likewise I am sure if you are looking to rent they will offer the same great service!

GoogleJosh at Hunter's has been invaluable, arranging the viewings and guiding round, letting everyone take due time to really get a feel of the property, and without any of the the usual estate agent sales talk to potential buyers - which is far more effective than the usual superficial promotion and patter. Straight forward and personable, Josh was really helpful - neither pushy nor falsely persuasive - letting the process take its course without constant pressure, engaging and personable from start to completion.
