Scheduled viewing at property cancelled due to tennant getting covid. Agreed we would look to reschedule for the weekend if possible, but was left with them to contact me for when I can view. I am not told they have an offer accepted. Poor communication.

Jake Coldwell helped me secure the most amazing home I've lived in! He made himself and the keys available for me to see it on the same day, and made sure the full process was smooth. He's new on the team but I wouldn't have known as he did a great job! :)

I called the office to let them know I struggled for a whole HOUR to get my 2 year old out of his room due to the door handle breaking (this issue was previously reported and awaiting response from landlord). Chloe was extremely RUDE to me on the phone and said she’d call my landlord but doesn’t know how long it’d take for this issue to be resolved , when I asked her to confirm that they’d try and do something on the same day, she told me twice to “ tell your 2 year old not to close the door again!” I couldn’t believe the level of immaturity and insensitivity she displayed and let her know that, she then said “I’m not talking to you” and HANGED UP on me. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life for looking out for my son’s safety and hope to never be in contact with her again.

However, not to excuse the actions of Chloe, I can confirm that a broken handle is not deemed as an emergency and therefore the agent can not act without authority from the landlord. Chloe did try explaining this to you throughout the telephone call but you insisted that a contractor attend the same day. Whilst we appreciate that it could be stressful to have a broken handle with a 2 year old, Chloe possibly could have managed your expectations of Hunters differently. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

My experience of renting with Hunters has been excellent. The online system makes the process of starting renting and reporting any problems very easy. Eve in particular has been so helpful in promptly replying to any issues, lending me a spare key when I accidentally locked myself out of the house even! I was unsure whether renting with a letting agent would feel impersonal but Eve has made us feel known and well attended to. Would definitely recommend.

What can I say - had the best rental experience we could have hoped for from hunters in West Hampstead. From start to finish Samuel, Carla (Hellery) and Mike were amazing and despite a few challenges from our side they got it all sorted for us really quickly. Cannot recommend this agency highly enough of you want a professional friendly service.

Excellent service. Highly recommend!!. The team always go above and beyond what I would expect, and nothing is ever a problem for them. When ever I rent out my flats they make me feel like I am their only client. They are very friendly and honest which means I always know that I am in very safe hands. Alex at Hunters was super-helpful - I’d had a horrible experience at a different local estate agency and he took over with efficiency, helpfulness, dedication and kindness. He was also great at helping with a very difficult solicitor. Highly recommended.
