GoogleDespite putting in an offer on a property they had listed and we provided all the our details, expecting to be included in the process. No further communications were heard. We were surprised to see the property listed as sold two weeks later. Our experience shows, how many other buyers, they would have ghosted and not getting the best offer for a listing. As soon, adding this review, we were contacted few times. Funny as they have indicated they have no record of us.

We recognise you may feel disgruntled if your offer was not accepted, leading you to feel disappointed with your experience. Unfortunately in situations where a home is very popular, we will receive a high level of interest and offers. When multiple person(s) offer, we will present your offer to our vendor and inform the vendor of your position following obtaining details about finances and ability to proceed. However if your offer did not meet our vendors expectations, this would of been discussed verbally, upon receipt of the offer over the telephone. Each vendor will make their own decision who they wish to proceed with and usually the decision is based upon a variety of factors including price, ability, funds and timescale. The reality is, only 1 successful buyer can be selected by our vendor to purchase a property. With your permission we can hold your details on file should the sale fail to proceed or alternatively, another similar home comes onto the market. We have checked our file and you do not appear to be recognised as an active customer of ours leading to us questioning your validity of your review. From the beginning of my tenancy, all the way to the end of my tenancy there has been a speedy process, all questions have been answered promptly and professionally. GoogleRight from the start Hunters West Hampstead were really helpful and realistic about our sale prospects and the best options for marketing our flat. We had a difficult time with our first buyer but they were efficient and communicated really well with us and the solicitors to try to push the sale forward. When the sale fell though they were quick to engage with previous viewers and were able to get us another buyer almost immediately. They were in constant communication with the buyer, solicitors and us to ensure we met the deadline for exchange and completion. We would highly recommend the team at Hunters West Hampstead for your property sale with special thanks to Joshua for making sure our sale made it to the finish line!

GoogleAs a Landlord, I have used Hunter services and they are one of the worst Letting agents that I have ever used. They are incompetent and will say one thing to you and say another thing to the Tenant and the tenancies have been a complete mess with this agency, I cannot Recommend them at all, they are absolutely atrocious and I would go to any other agency than this one. Also the rent they paid me was always late and they always made excuses about it. The manager of the branch is incompetent and lazy and does not care if you have any complaints or the level of service that they provide. I strongly recommend all landlords to stay away from this agency, and if you rent through them, you should know that they will not look after you or carry out any repairs because they don’t bother to even tell the Landlord. These people should be struck off and should not be allowed to rent properties as all they are after is the commission.

GoogleThe maintenance man Ray is incredibly helpful and always up for a chat. Sometimes I feel a little anxious about letting people I don’t know into my flat but he’s always a pleasure to be around and makes me feel at ease. Chloe is also lovely and replies to emails very quickly and professionally. Would recommend.

GoogleBeware of renting through Hunters Brentford! Our experience was tainted by two significant issues. Firstly, they failed to disclose that the property was soon to be sold, leaving us unexpectedly stressed. Secondly, despite giving a two-month notice, they extended our tenancy by 5 days without our consent, causing unnecessary inconvenience. Prospective tenants, exercise caution with this agency. Transparency and honesty are lacking. Consider alternatives or proceed with extreme caution.
