GoogleLettings team: The service from Sharon, Alison and Yasmin was exceptional. They explained everything really well and I definitely felt like I was in safe hands from the outset. They always responded to queries promptly and in they always went the extra mile to help. They were always very professional and genuinely care about your property or property needs. A very slick team and service. Thank you making a stressful situation enjoyable. In particular Sharon is just a ray of sunshine and also very very knowledgeable. All round great experience!

GoogleI really felt in good hands with the guys from Hunters in Hayes. Tommy was very professional, helpful, patient and honest. Demi was attentive, understanding, helpful and supportive. I have to say the two of them made me feel at ease, they explained everything I had queries about and they were friendly and always responsive. Then there was Darren who was also very understanding and provided excellent advice. I was not felt rushed or pushed in any way, and was given all the time I needed to make final decisions. I would recommend Hunters any day.

GoogleI would highly recommend Hunters when selling your property. Tommy is extremely professional along with being just a really nice person who cares about getting you the right price for your home, the same goes for Demi. They make the process of selling seem so much easier as all prospective clients are vetted and they handle viewings so well. Not to forget Darren who really is available 24/7. I put an offer in on a much sought after property on a Saturday afternoon and even though he was out doing his shopping he answered the call and could give the Estate Agents my details off the top of his head which secured the property for me.Now that's what I call excellent service. GoogleLandlords, avoid this office like the plague! They are thieves. They stole nearly £10,000 from me. I had to reclaim it through legal means and had to send bailiffs. Do not, under any circumstance, take any recommendations from them. They recommended 2 builders that robbed us and ran away. The people in this office have no moral compass and have disgraceful ethics.

GoogleI experienced a lack of professionalism, I rang numerous times, I then managed to get through to sales, who were going to redirect me to letting, they stated they had one person only to attend the phones on the letting side. I enquired in relation to a property I was told it was most likely put on rent. I can’t see the purpose of wasting time in ringing for a property and not being able to get through and then to be simply told without in my opinion a thorough check to see the availability of the property that it is unavailable for rent. I feel the response I was given was just a way to stop me consuming their time, I don’t think the staff were keen to check or enquire at all about the property. I feel any competent and professional company would make liaising with possible clients a priority and would be keen to have an up to date list of properties available for rent or sale. I feel it doesn’t deserve the one star but to write the negative review I had to give the bare minimum sadly.
