GoogleSold with Haus bought from Hunters . On the day of moving in made 4 calls to try and establish how to get the keys for the new property. Firstly they were unsure who had them , then when they found them & no one rang me to tell me to collect. Eventually I just turned up at branch and there they were! Not impressed with the Service at all! Removal van was waiting around for two hours whilst we were chasing to find keys .
Haus is the only Estate Agent to use in Sheffield , believe me!

My experience with Emma at Hunters spans six years, and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of her.
When I first reached out to Hunters back in 2019, I was a first-time buyer, nervous and unsure of exactly what I needed. From day one, Emma took the time to truly understand what I was looking for, not just the basics, but the details that really mattered to me. We were in constant contact throughout my search, and what stood out immediately was her honesty. She never tried to push viewings for the sake of it; if something wasn't right for me, she said so. That kind of integrity is rare, and it meant I trusted her completely.
As it happened, the house I eventually bought wasn't through Hunters, but that never changed how I felt about Emma or the effort she had put in. Some agents would have moved on. Emma simply left a lasting impression.
