GoogleMy experience with Hunters Solihull was disappointing. The service heavily favored tenants over paying landlords, suffering from poor communication and frequent staff turnover. Promised quarterly inspections were missed, allowing a leak to cause thousands of pounds in major ceiling damage.
While branch manager Becky Beswick was approachable and helpful, landlords should look beyond sales pitches, demand proof of inspections, and hold staff accountable. Great for tenants, but landlords should think twice and look elsewhere.

GoogleI have recently moved into a property under these. There was issues with the flat when I received the keys, such as paint, mould and other damages. I contacted Hunters to report this and was met with accountability.
Chloe the property manager informed me that all of the issues were going to be rectified within a week. True to her word, within the week, all issues were sorted without any hassle to me or my partner.
They were very understanding and even offered us a different flat if this one was unsatisfactory. I would recommend Hunters Estate Agents in future, as they have made us feel heard and respected.

Firstly they were unsure who had them , then when they found them & no one rang me to tell me to collect. Eventually I just turned up at branch and there they were! Not impressed with the Service at all! Removal van was waiting around for two hours whilst we were chasing to find keys .
