GoogleI have had an absolutely fantastic experience with Hunters Liverpool, and I specifically want to commend my Property Manager, Chloe Davis. She has been incredibly proactive, professional, and communicative in managing my property and ensuring a smooth move-in process for my new tenants. She went above and beyond by creatively solving a furniture issue and sourcing a replacement wardrobe at no extra cost to me, demonstrating excellent initiative and property management skills. Highly recommended!

GoogleIf you are looking for someone to manage your property,then give this shower a miss. They looked after my property for almost 10 years and during that time they only made one inspection. They never accept any responsibility for any issues or concerns, they never reply to any messages ,or communicate whatsoever, they certainly do not take their responsibilities seriously. All that they are interested in is taking their monthly fee which by the way is more than some other agents. In total they are a complete and utter waste of time and space. Avoid at all costs. If I could have left them a no star report I would have.This obviously is my own opinion on the terrible lack of service that they provide.Look elsewhere.

GoogleWe cannot thank Katy and Emily at Your Move enough for everything they have done throughout our house purchase. From start to finish, they have been absolutely outstanding. We were in quite a long chain, but they consistently went above and beyond to keep everything moving. They were always chasing solicitors, estate agents and everyone else involved, ensuring nothing was left sitting without follow-up. Their persistence, dedication and proactive approach made a huge difference and kept the process progressing when it could easily have stalled. They kept us informed every step of the way, responded promptly to our questions and were always supportive and reassuring during what can be a very stressful experience. They were responsive, knowledgeable and helped to get the transaction across the line, which had some tight timeframes and complex legal points to meet and address.
