GoogleI cannot express how grateful I am for the outstanding service provided by Ella at Hunters in Crookes. This has been an incredibly long and complicated sale, but she has handled every single step with absolute professionalism, positivity, and determination. She has consistently gone above and beyond to make this sale happen, getting us over every hurdle with patience and persistence. She has dealt with myself, the buyer, and both sets of solicitors. Even through moments of frustration and desperation, she always stayed focused on getting us to the finish line. I know she must have been stressed herself at times, but she was always there to listen and offer solutions. Her communication, support, and dedication have been exceptional. I genuinely don’t know how I would have managed without her. If you’re looking for someone who will work tirelessly for you and really cares about the outcome, she is the person you want by your side. Ella, I can’t thank you enough. Highly, highly recommended.
