I have sold two houses through Hunters and had a fantastic experience both times. (One in Abbey Wood and one in Belvedere) Branch manager Helen is such a professional from start to finish. I dealt mostly with Sami during the sale of the second property. I got the sense that if anyone was going to sell the property, it was Sami. I trusted her 100% - and she delivered. Hunters use a sales progressor service which means the seller is kept informed of progress every step of the way. I never had to chase for updates and I always felt that they were acting on my behalf and best interests. My sale was tricky at times, but Hunters got it over the line with such professionalism. I can’t thank Helen and her team enough.

I am a first time landlord and I bought the property from Hunters and I am also using their full management service to let the property. I have had a great experience with them so far and they are very professional and responsive. The staff at Hunters were very friendly, approachable and responsive. Our experience with Hunters was a positive one (Amie was great!). Things went a little quiet at the final stage of the transaction but that might have been where the solicitors should have communicated more. I would use Hinters again.

Do not rent from them. They refuse repairs and deny the existence of damp even though it’s obvious to everyone else. Stay well away. Not worth it no matter how good the property may seem.

Everything moved very quickly and smoothly, and whenever we didn’t understand something or had a question, she was always there to reply to our messages and help us. The best decision we made was to go with hunters, David, Danny, Emma and Kim have always kept us up to date and supported throughout the whole process which has helped us stay positive when things got a bit stressful. We have been tenants for 5 years . Hunters have been great . Repairs have been swift . Annual checks always kept up to date . Tracey in particular is extremely easy to deal with. She is very pro-active , professional and goes out of her way for tenants and their needs. I would without hesitation recommend Hunters .
