Very swift and easy process with Josh Wilson, he kept us informed throughout the whole process answering any questions we had (even over bank holiday). Couldn't have asked for a better agent to deal with our move. Great service, would definitely recommend!

Given the experience I've had of some agents in London I really don't have high hopes of any agency I haven't used before. I was therefore delighted when we chanced across Hunters, as their prompt and polite responses to my questions put them easily in the upper echelon of letting agents I've ever used; I actually quite enjoyed working with them! Highly professional outfit, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking around the West Hampstead area. I was asked to write this review by Hunters but didn't receive anything for doing so - I just wanted to thank them for a job well done

One day we were browsing flats on the internet and four days later we were signing the contract to our new home having worked with Hunters in West Hampstead. Devan was professional, friendly, honest and always on hand to promptly answer any questions or concerns by phone or email. From start to finish Devan gave an outstanding service and was in our corner, fighting and negotiating for us all the way. Finding and renting houses is notoriously stressful but we found our new place with Hunters and it was not stressful at all. We have recommended Hunters to others since and will continue to do so. Avoid like the plague - incapable, unprofessional, unreliable. Would not use them again in a million years. Do not rely on them to manage a property, they have no skills or resources to do so sufficiently. They don't have a proper complaints process so get away with unbelievably shoddy work.

Utter disgrace as an organisation. It is a shambles how they even operate. Back office systems and payment processes are beyond poor. Almost 2 years since having a contract with them we are receiving requests for payments for rent in the thousands. You cannot speak to anyone and no one calls you back. If you do happen to get someone on the phone they have so much attitude and are so rude, I would never rent my property through them EVER. They are also in breach of GDPR as they are contacting us unsolicited via email.

Chelsea, Devan and Rob where all fantastic in getting my partner and I into our new flat. They where always happy to help and explain any issues we had with clear and concise advice.
