GoogleI worked with Simon and during the time I was searching for a property, Simon was very helpful and acommodating to my needs. when decided to rent one of his properties he was also very helpful in facilitating the contract process. I would recommend this agency!

GoogleCan't recommend Simon Pochopien from the lettings team highly enough. Simon helped secure me one of the first flats in a new development and made the whole process a breeze. He also arranged for the office to stay open late in order that I could pickup the keys after being stuck in traffic for four hours, which was much appreciated. The bottle of wine on arrival was also a nice touch!

GoogleThere were a few obstacles/bumps in the road initially (swap over between staff handling the property) but it was handled fairly efficiently towards the end of finalising the contract by Chelsea. Whenever emails or telephone calls have been exchanged between Hunters West Hampstead and myself everyone has always been friendly & helpful. Generally a good service overall

GoogleI normally have very low expectations with the agencies in London, but I have been pleasantly surprised by Hunters professionalism and interest, in particular with Shaquille Campbell, who took a time to understand my needs and what I am looking for, and He did not waste my time showing me flats that did not match my expectations. During negotiations he was fair and professional, and post agreement he helped us complete in less than 2 weeks, answering any questions promptly and fully. GoogleThis is the ultimate professional in his field, calm, experienced and perceptive. Simon Pochopien is a gentleman, direct and honest. He didn’t waste our time, he offered numerous resources and produced results. We are very pro-active people, we knew what we wanted to accomplish, but weren’t sure how. Simon knew exactly what to do. We didn’t feel rushed yet the outcome was immediate and beyond our expectations. He was always accessible. We’re absolutely convinced that, given the same circumstances, any other estate agent in London would not have produced the same amazing outcome…not even close. Highly recommending his services for everyone who is looking for the right property. He doesn’t just find properties, he sells a lifestyle!

GoogleAvoid - these guys were a disaster throughout. My main complaint is that they bungled the negotiation with the landlord. We had agreed that council tax would be paid by the landlord, and this was in the original contract that they sent us. Then they sent a second contract, which in hindsight I should have reviewed thoroughly, but didn't as I trusted them to do their job. Long story short, they would not take responsibility and the charges landed on us. There were a number of other things that just smacked of amateur hour: Joshua forgot to drop off our keys on time, then acted like he was doing a great favour for bringing them in next morning; they had no idea where any of the supplies in the flat were and would not give direct contact to the landlord.

GoogleWe would really recommend Gideon Gold and Michael Posner at Hunters if you are looking to sell your home. Everything from start to finish was completely professional - the marketing materials looked amazing, their valuation was spot on, and we had an asking price offer within 2 days of putting our flat on the market with them. They were communicative throughout and did what they could to push the sale through when things were moving slowly. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and we will definitely use them again. Thanks for all your help!

GoogleAs a commercial company we have been using Hunters for many years in renting out our portfolio of properties. We can certainly be quite demanding with our requirements so the fact we have continuously used Hunters when many agents have tried to win our business such as short term undercutting rates, speaks volumes. Whilst I have mainly dealt with Chelsea, Gideon and Kasim at Hunters West Hampstead branch and have found them to be highly professional, engaging and quick to respond to any question, other staff I have dealt with have also been excellent. I cannot recommend Hunters highly enough.

Jaison was great throughout the process and found us buyers very quickly. He always responded to our messages and calls quickly and without him we would have lost the place we wanted to buy.
