We bought our first home through Hunters and couldn’t be happier with the service. Dominic was fantastic during viewings, he really listened to our concerns, and quick to let us know about new properties. Helen was brilliant too, helping with all the communication between us and the seller. Both of them made the whole process smooth and stress free!

I used Hunters for selling my flat on Brondesbury Villas. They found a buyer, achieved very close to asking price in a tough market by getting the buyer to step up a little to where I was happy. When the buyer subsequently asked for a long completion (6 months) Hunters quickly arranged for a short term let, paid me all the rent in advance as the tenants had done the same. After the tenants vacated at the end of their term, the team at Hunters, mainly Oliver and Ellie, navigated a very lengthy tricky sale as their were further unexpected delays (because property lawyers made things harder rather than easier.. obvs) and Hunters navigated their curveballs with such grace. All of which was remarkable given the fees were relatively low. I’d trust them to do anything for me in the future, be it to buy or to sell or to rent. They really grafted from their fees and represented excellent value for money. Thank you, all of you.

Shoutout Mattteo and Saphire. Amazing from start to finish. Honest, efficient, knowledgable and just genuinely nice people. Just the worst Lettings agent in the area. Never returned phone calls, never gave me any updates on the property that they were asked to let for me and priced it too high just to get my business. I found their Lettings team to be rude and dismissive when I said I was not happy with their service. I just found the whole attitude to be extremely arrogant and full of themselves. There are so many good Letting agents in the area I would just go somewhere else next time.

Whilst all estate agents effectively do the same job, some are better than others. I chose Hunters over other agents in the area because of the friendly nature of a Hazel Buxton. She is a sales negotiator who goes over and above in her basic duties. She has a lovely approach towards vendors and makes you feel more like family than a face in the crowd. She is informative and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She gets the job done from start to finish with a minimum amount of fuss. I would highly recommend her. We can’t thank her enough.
