GoogleWe decided to use Hunters in Solihull and have not regretted that decision .From the very start the customer service was outstanding and efficient. All the staff were helpful and friendly and, as this move was after 34 years in our family home, this was very welcome and reassuring for us. We were guided through the legal process , and all its ups and downs, with the help of their recommended local solicitor. The main advisor we dealt with was Julie Stephens and we cannot thank her enough for all her hard work and enthusiasm throughout.With a wonderful sense of humour and energy, she dealt with all the process of co ordinating the sale and we are very grateful for all her help and advice.She has a huge passion for her professionals that shines through. A big thank you to everyone at Hunters in Solihull .....you made our move a pleasure!

GoogleExcellent service from all at Hunters in Solihull. They recently helped with a property purchase and I found the staff to be extremely professional and diligent. Julie was superb and helped finalise the sale in record quick time. They also introduced me to an independent mortgage advisor, Paul Smith, who worked very hard to secure a great mortgage deal within a short space of time. I would not hesitate to use them again!

GoogleAbsolutely ridiculous agency, super rude and unprofessional. They definitely don’t look out for their tenants, all they’re interested in is to scam you out of your deposit. They wouldn’t even let you book an inspection while all parties were present! They intentionally scheduled it after the move so that they could make ridiculous claims and keep as much of the deposit as possible. That’s how Letting agencies like Hunters makes their money. STAY FAR AWAY!

All staff we encountered were always helpful with anything we needed.They worked tirelessly for us from day one and kept us in the loop with all viewings and feedback promptly. Special mention to Julie and Ellie for making our experience as stress free as possible.

GoogleI had the pleasure of Hunters, Sutton Coldfield come to our property for a valuation of sale. They are exceptionally efficient, professional and knowledgeable. I booked our valuation appointment online with a booking system that’s easy to use and you have the bonus of picking available valuation times. We had a call back promptly confirming our appointment. The team at Hunters, Sutton Coldfield are very friendly and encouraging. Our valuation was sent to us by email on the same day of them coming to view our property. We would highly recommend this reputable estate agent, you will not be disappointed.

GoogleThey have done a great job all throughout the whole process. Very quick, efficient and accommodating staffs.
