Having tried 3 different estate agents, we chose Hunters to sell our house as they just seemed the most genuinely interested in getting our house sold for a good price. David was very helpful, friendly and took the time to understand our key priorities and deliver exactly what we wanted. They even offered their premium package with professional photos for no extra charge - and what a result! Within 3 days we had 8 viewings booked, and the second lot of people that came round, offered full asking price. As I was heavily pregnant at the time and we were in the process of moving hundreds of miles, it could have been a very stressful experience, but the Hunters team were absolutely fantastic and made everything as simple and straightforward as you could wish for. I used their recommended conveyancing service with the online portal and despite having no previous experience of handling that sort of thing, I found it very intuitive and easy to use so I knew exactly what was going on at all times. I couldn't recommend Hunters more highly, they made the whole process as hassle-free as it could possibly have been, and we got a quick sale for good money. Thanks very much!

The team at Hunters have helped us get our house on the market and sold with in a week, during a Pandemic. We can’t believe how quickly and efficiently this has all been handled given the current challenges we are all facing. They have worked really hard to provide a safe experience during the current crazy time - the 3D virtual tour is a brilliant feature that we feel enabled people to make sure they were serious before coming to view the house in person which has proved hugely beneficial at this time when we all want contact with as few people as possible. Absolutely shocking experience with this agency. Had to wait almost 2 weeks for a viewing as they were 'cleaning it thoroughly'. The poor tenant had died from covid so clearly it needed a deep clean. Instead, the flat was filthy. Couldn't even get in the freezer as even that had dirt inside and frosted over. The place was in a very poor state, there were issues that could easily have been sorted beforehand. How long do they need for Gods sake?! On top of that, Daniel who I'd spoken to before was very abrupt and hostile. Thought previously he was having an off day but clearly not. Can you imagine renting from someone like that?! He's the rental manager. So very unpleasant experience and they put my health at risk. Utterly irresponsible and disgusting quite frankly

Spoke to someone called Daniel about viewing a flat. Was very curt with me, really shocking. Told me he didn't know what was happening re the lockdown situation.
