Chris and the team did a great job for us selling our flat in Shad Thames. We were impressed that Chris as head of the office came to view the property and give us his considered views on price and marketing strategy, clearly backed up by lots of experience - not true of some others who were keen to have our business! In what turned out to be quite tricky market conditions, there was a steady flow of viewings and when a post Brexit wobbler dropped out, the team committed to find another buyer in short order and delivered accordingly. Thanks also to Gavin for keeping buyer and seller sane whilst the paperwork was processed. Very smoothly handled by a professional and very hard working team - thanks!

I have recently been renting a two bedroom flat in Shad Thames through Felicity J Lord - unfortunately however, there were some problems that occurred in the flat, which my landlord wasn't responding to in a timely manner - although Felicity J Lord were not managing agents in my case, I found Angela Pappin Cole very helpful and supportive when I had really not much response from the landlord himself. When it came time to leave the property, Angela again was very helpful and offered great advice, and with no response even after three weeks of moving out from my landlord as to when my deposit might be returned, Angela persisted and finally managed to get him to action the refund. I felt quite powerless in a very stressful situation, and yet received prompt, warm and professional help from Angela who was willing to go the extra mile, as well as all the other members of Felicity J Lord I have spoken to. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone looking for a flat in London to choose Angela as their lettings agent.
