GoogleFJLord were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Particularly Sussanah who was handling the transaction. She was always available to answer questions and chase the relevant people. The process was not smooth but Sussanah did a great job despite issues out of her control.

She got me into see a flat which had just come first and kept me fully updated all the way. She showed great sensitivity to my situation and was open and honest throughout. GoogleWe were first time buyers and came in to the process both jaded due to past estate agent experiences and also having heard plenty of horror stories from friends. As buyers we didn't chose with agent we worked with but I am incredibly happy to say we didn't experience any issues at all with FJ Lord. Friendly, courteous and timely service throughout, Simon continually kept an eye on the process to keep it moving, and kept us updated with what was happening. The overall process took about 6 months in the end, as we had lots of various blockers at different stages - but not a single one was Simon or FJ Lord - even when he was away on holiday, he was covered for. I think we'll likely be back when it comes to time to sell up! Thanks Simon & everyone at FJ Lord.

GoogleAfter discussing what I wanted with Gemma, she called me quickly after and told me about a flat that was coming onto the market, an hour later I was viewing the flat. It was exactly what I was looking for and I made an offer straight away. The process has been very seemless and Gemma has been great to deal with, I would certainly recommend using Felicity J Lord if you are looking for a property.
