Booked a viewing in Eastleigh with this agency. I asked for a day off to be able to go there from Winchester, and after a confirmation the same morning, one hour before the viewing ( I was at the train station and I had already bought train tickets) they called me saying Im sorry the viewing is canceled because someone has just rent the house now. Well, I found it really rude and not a serious attitude for an agency. If i could give less than 1 star i would.

We had dealings mainly with three members of staff. The manager impressed us to the extent that we signed with him rather than any of the other agents we had met. The senior negotiator who got the job done and the youngest member of the team who showed prospective buyers round our property. If you're buying or selling avoid this agent at all costs! There are both cheaper and more expensive agents in the Waterside area offering a much better service. We experienced a series of errors with Enfields, Hythe, all of which could have been avoided. They struck us as desperate for business but unable to deliver. They don't communicate with one another, other agents or the clients and appear to lack basic common courtesy and sense. Expect the worst if you're stuck in a chain with this company.

Appalling.Once they'd secured a sale they did nothing if they could help it,Every time we rang them we would get fobbed of with excuses and promises to ring back that never happened. We used Enfields despite being one of the more expensive because of a previous positive experience,unfortunately the people we dealt with first time round no longer worked in this office. After a 6 month slog to sell a house where there was no chain involved, our advice would be - Avoid Enfields at all costs, moving house is stressful enough without having to battle with the estate agents..

Enfields estate agents in Bitterne have outstanding from the day they carried out a detailed valuation survey right through to exchange/completion of contracts. The team led by Kevin Ashley, are great. Adam, Daryl, Rio and Kevin himself are quite simply the most professional, honest and hardworking individuals I have come across in this estate agency profession. It was initially Sam, who we met on a property viewing, that attracted us to Enfields to sell our own property. Sam and all staff are friendly, professional and nothing is ever too much to ask. I cannot recommend Enfields strongly enough - I've experienced none of the typical pushiness from any of the team at any time, and although the process has been fairly drawn out with my sale (entirely circumstantial - these guys have definitely earned their money!) Successful marketing of property in Southampton

Enfields Estate Agents have successfully helped me to market my flat in Southampton. Sam Binnington a Sales Negotiator with Enfields was assigned to market the property. Sam is an extremely personable individual and provided a highly professional and consciencious service during the marketing process. Sam's communications have been excellent and particularly so in respect of viewings when timings were always made to suit both the prospective buyer and tenants. Sam never failed to follow up with a viewing report. Due to the relatively quiet nature of the housing market the property took longer than anticipated to sell however Sam's enthusiam did not waiver. Sam was also helpful in suggesting different pricing strategies, using to good effect his knowledge of the local housing market. Sam was ably supported by other members of his team when required due to periods of absence. I took comfort from the fact that other members of his team were well briefed during such times. I have been very pleased with the level of service afforded to me by Sam as part of a professional team at Enfields.

2 and a bit years ago we bought our first home through Enfields and due to no fault of the company it was a long, arduous process but throughout we were shown the highest amount of patience and friendly, professional service and couldn't of asked for more. Because of the way we were dealt with, when it came to selling and moving again there was no hesitation in picking up the phone to use Jonathan, Bethany and their team at Enfields again to deal with our sale. At no point did we recieve any 'flannel' or BS which unfortunately you do with many other agents, when we sent (frequent) emails they were replied to almost always within an hour, whenever we called (even more frequently) again we received equally as prompt call backs if on the rare occasion the team were otherwise engaged when we called. Then as for rates the commission was a very competitive figure which was good for us and also incentivised for the company. If like us you're a bit nervous with all things buying or selling property I really couldn't recommend anyone more than this agent. Our house went up for sale the end of February, a buyer found within 5 weeks and the sale completed in equally decent time pushed through all the way by Jonathan and his team. Thank you Enfields.
