I woke up yesterday to find my shower wasn’t working at all, so I contacted my letting agent Enfields and Emily was incredibly helpful in getting it sorted as a matter of urgency for me as I now could not shower at all. Jamie the contractor plumber came out the same day and fixed the issue and installed a new shower bar. Sometimes I worry when renting that these things will take ages to be approved to be fixed or for someone to come out but I was proven wrong! Huge thank you to Emily and Jamie for the fantastic service and speedy response, really appreciated.

Adrian at Enfields has gone above and beyond in helping me navigate re-letting one of my two flats in Southampton. I’m currently out of the country and he has worked with my contractors and current tenant to arrange a swap to the vacant flat with a view to preparing and marketing the one he moved from. All of this is not straightforward especially as I am not there to oversee and undertake work as needed. Adrian has visited both flats, taken photos and kept me informed. He is knowledgeable and communicates reliably and promptly. The service so far is well deserving of 5 stars.

GoogleIt has been my pleasure from the outset of the process of selling my mother's bungalow to have Josh and the staff of Enfields, Shirley Southampton at the helm.
From the beginning Josh and his staff have ensured the process was efficient and professional, keeping me informed at regular intervals as to where the process was and if something was required of me.
Unfortunately, for no apparent reason my first buyers dropped out at the last hurdle which could be considered somewhat of a set-back. However, upon hearing the news Josh and his crew sprang into action immediately putting the property back on the market. Following a couple of visits and offers a buyer was found the very next day! Now that's what I call service!
Today is completion date on the bungalow so all being well we find ourselves at the end of the journey.
I wish to express my gratitude for all you (Enfields, josh and the team) have done to make what could have been a rocky ride turn into a smooth, well informed comfortable adventure.

GoogleLandlord review... Coming from other letting agents I really really appreciated that at Enfields you deal with just one person when it comes to the property/tenant management side of things and that person being very helpful and quick to respond (thanks Emily!).
I've had a lot of problems with a tenant over the last year and this is just a massive time saver not having to constantly explain the situation.
My only negative feedback would be they could have done a better job at keeping track of small but important items left in the apartment. Things like the parking door remote, parking permits, and apartment documents weren't tracked in the inventories and have subsequently been lost at some point.
